Panasonic MIG

Various types of MIG moulding machines

Panasonic MIG/MAW welding machines are highly regarded for their robust build, inverter-based digital control, wide current range, and efficient cooling systems, making them suitable for a variety of industrial welding applications in India, including Ahmedabad.

Technology and Features

Inverter-based IGBT Technology

Panasonic MIG/MAW machines are predominantly inverter-controlled, which improves efficiency, reduces power consumption, and allows precise digital control over welding parameters.

Digital Waveform Control

The machines enable fine adjustment of arc characteristics via digitally controlled waveforms for superior arc stability, burn-back control, and crater filling.

Automation Grades

Panasonic’s lineup includes semi-automatic to fully automatic welding machines to fit different industrial automation needs.

Cooling

Forced air cooling is standard for high-current models, ensuring thermal efficiency and longer duty cycles.

Applications

Suitable for welding stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and other metals for fabrication, automotive, construction, and heavy machinery maintenance.
Compatible with a variety of shielding gases, including pure CO2, Ar-CO2 mixtures, allowing flexibility depending on the welding task.
